How VIAELI handles your information

Information collected
When you contact VIAELI, we may collect your name, work email, company, event timing, areas of interest and the information you include in your enquiry. We also record that you agreed to this notice, and when.
The free Event Performance Check runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are not transmitted to VIAELI, are not stored, and are lost when you close the page.
How it is used
This information is used to respond to your enquiry, understand the support you may need and maintain relevant business correspondence. It is not sold to third parties.
How it is transmitted and where
The consultation form on this website is provided by HubSpot. When you submit it, the information you enter is sent to and stored in HubSpot’s customer relationship management system, hosted in the European Union, where VIAELI uses it to respond to you and to maintain the record of our correspondence.
The website itself is hosted by Vercel Inc. in the United States, which means page requests are handled outside the European Economic Area.
Cookies and tracking
The consultation form is provided by HubSpot, and loading it sets cookies in your browser and records your IP address. HubSpot uses these to recognise a returning visitor, to link a submission to the pages visited beforehand, and to prevent duplicate and automated submissions.
These cookies are not necessary to read this website, so they are not set unless you accept them. When you first visit, VIAELI asks for your choice and loads nothing from HubSpot until you accept. If you decline, the form is not loaded and no HubSpot cookies are set — you can still get in touch by email, and nothing about your visit is recorded.
You can change your choice at any time:. Declining after previously accepting stops any further cookies being set, but does not delete cookies already stored — you can remove those through your browser's settings at any time.
VIAELI does not use advertising cookies and does not currently operate any separate analytics service.
Legal basis and retention
Enquiry information is processed to respond to your request and, where relevant, take steps toward a business engagement. It is retained only as long as reasonably required for those purposes and applicable legal obligations.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to or restrict its processing.
